Mail Room

The mail room also has a small area for tenants to post up notices and to sort through any junk mail for recycling.

Canada Post Parcel Box

For secure delivery of parcels, Canada Post has set up a locked parcel cabinet in the lobby. Any tenant receiving a parcel will have a key placed in their mailbox which open the assigned parcel box.

For parcels that are too large to fit into the parcel cabinet, the parcel is left in the office to be kept secure.

The parcel box also has a slot for outgoing mail so that tenants do not need to leave the building to mail their letters.

Backyard Patio

The backyard patio is a nice and quiet place to go outside and enjoy nature. Tenants are free to get together and bring their own barbeque out and enjoy a safe place to relax.

Auditorium

The auditorium is capable of holding up to 120 people which is great for any social function and can be reserved for private events at a fee. The tenants have taken advantage of the auditorium by using it for:

- bingo
- dances
- exercise classes
- card tournaments
- potluck meals, just to name a few.

The kitchen provides a large area for staging the meal and keeping it warm. It has two standard ranges for warming foods and large fridge for keeping salads and drinks cool.

Lounge & Library

The lounge area is broken down into three areas. The first area has a set of four tables and chairs enabling tenants to get together and have meals or a cool place to sit when there is a large barbeque being done outside.

There are a couple of areas with comfortable winged back chairs so that small groups can get together for book clubs and discussions.

The library has a large selection of books so that tenants do not need to leave the building if they are looking for something to read.
