Overview
The building has a total of 194 apartments which through the city is able to offer some at a subsidized rate to help those on the Housing Connections waiting list. Each unit comes with a full set of amenities, all of which are standard when moving in.
There are three types of units in the building consisting of one bedroom, two bedroom, and bachelors. Majority of the units are the one bedroom configuration which are suitable for singles or couples. There are a total of 180 (one hundred and eighty) one bedroom configurations along with twelve bachelor units in the building.
One Bedroom Apartment
Living Room
A one bedroom unit in the building has an average size of 465 sqft. The apartments on the main floor facing west have an additional feature of a walk out patio to the buildings backyard. Tenants never need to worry about having to budget for hydro, it is included in the monthly rent which makes it nice since the heating and air-conditioning units are on the hydro system.
Kitchen
The kitchen has an open concept providing greater flow and minimizing barriers for those needing to use assistance. All unit come equipped with a stove and fridge.
Bathroom
The bathroom layout meets the latest safety standards by ensuring it has all the necessary grab bars. All shower heads are adjustable in height to account for those using as shower chair.
